My practice is strongly rooted in Narrative Therapy, believing every person to be unique and whole and that no matter what you believe, this life right now is yours. No one knows more about the life you have lived, nor the struggles you have endured, than you do. As we collaborate, I will sometimes use letter writing or poetry writing as a means to both restore and create rich and meaningful narratives about your life that serve to offer new perspectives, deepening feelings of self-love and compassion. Depending on individual needs, I am able to use a variety of treatment modalities that compliment or blend with narrative practice.
